If you submit a course or Career Experiences listing on behalf of an organization, we collect the organization's name and related details you provide.

2. Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not collect, see, or store your full card number or other sensitive card data — that information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS security standards. We retain only what is necessary to manage your subscription, such as billing status and renewal dates.

3. How We Use Information

To operate your account and provide the Service.
To process subscription billing for course and Career Experiences listings.
To generate your continuing-education transcript and completion certificates.
To communicate with you about your account, submissions, or changes to the Service.
To review submitted courses and listings for accuracy and compliance before publication.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service — for example, Stripe for payment processing and our hosting provider — and only to the extent necessary for them to perform that function. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies and local browser storage necessary for account sessions and interface preferences (such as light/dark theme). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and transcript data for as long as your account is active, and as needed afterward to preserve continuing-education completion records, which may be required for audit purposes by licensing bodies for several years after completion.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Note that we may be unable to delete certain completion records where retention is necessary for continuing-education audit purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for licensed and working professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
