1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Health's CE ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Health's CE is a marketplace connecting industry organizations with licensed and non-licensed professionals across healthcare and allied fields. The Service currently consists of two offerings:

Continuing Education: a library of continuing-education courses built and sponsored by organizations, reviewed prior to publication, which professionals may complete for continuing-education credit.
Career Experiences: a listing service where organizations post contract or employment opportunities and professionals may submit bids to fulfill them.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity occurring under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Fees & Billing

Certain features — including publishing a continuing-education course or a Career Experiences listing — require a paid, recurring monthly subscription, billed in advance and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-period refunds.
If a payment fails, we may attempt to collect payment again and may suspend the associated listing from public visibility until payment succeeds. Content that has already been completed by other users (e.g., an already-earned continuing-education credit) is not affected by a later billing lapse.
Pricing may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods, not periods already paid for.

5. Content Submission & Review

Organizations submitting courses or listings are solely responsible for the accuracy of the content, credentials, and claims they submit. All submitted courses and listings are subject to review before publication and may be rejected, edited for compliance, or removed at our discretion, with a reason provided where practical.

6. Continuing Education Credit Disclaimer

Completion of a course on Health's CE does not guarantee that the associated continuing-education credit will be accepted by every licensing board, regulatory body, or employer. Credential and jurisdiction information shown for a course reflects what the submitting organization has represented to us. You are responsible for independently confirming that a course's credit is applicable to your specific license, credential, and jurisdiction before relying on it.

7. Career Experiences — Bidding

Submitting a bid on a Career Experiences listing does not create a contract, offer of employment, or guarantee of selection. The posting organization has sole discretion to select a bid, and all other bids on that listing will be declined. We are not a party to any agreement formed between an organization and a selected bidder.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: submit false or misleading credential, licensure, or course-approval information; attempt to circumvent the review process; interfere with the Service's operation; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

Organizations retain ownership of the course and listing content they submit, and grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it through the Service. The Health's CE name, logo, and platform design are our property.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that course content is error-free, that continuing-education credit will be accepted by any particular body, or that any Career Experiences listing will result in a successful engagement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Health's CE and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including denial of continuing-education credit by a third party or outcomes of a Career Experiences engagement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
